The entire One to One Interactions team would like to congratulate Dawn McLaughlin and Susie McConville who are both celebrating 11 years of faithful service with OTO this year. Susie and Dawn work as Billing Coordinators out of the Giant Eagle Kappa Drive offices in Pittsburgh, PA, but those of us who work with them know that they wear many hats and wear them well.
